Hi all, I'm struggling somewhat with a task to import a sales SS which has 3 header rows, each represent either a grouping or a measure type.
I need to transform the data to fit into a cube furthe down the line, the staging structure I need the data in is shown below, this has to be done via SSIS in a fully automated way, I could write some vba to transform the SS into the required structure but this would also require effort and would require manual intervention to run the macro each time (also we can't have Office installed on the server so I can't excute any macro from SSIS anyhow).
I would really appreciate any suggestions in doing this all in SSIS (also peferably without a script component if possible).
