SQL server 2008 r2 clean install error; Exit code (Decimal): -59554121

I hope this is right, i've never posted on spiceworks before!

I have just setup a new backup server running windows server 2012 r2 standard and I'm having trouble installing SQL server 2008 r2 on it.

I get the below error / information in a text document:
