Service Pack 1 (SP1) for SQL Server 2014 was re-released today (the original release had bugs and was pulled the same day). See KB3058865 for more info.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to this being a re-release of an earlier Service Pack, it only includes fixes up to Cumulative Update 5 (CU5) for SQL Server 2014. It does not include all fixes from CU6 or CU7. If you have CU6 or CU7 installed and need fixes in those CUs, you should not install SP1 at this time. Wait for a post-SP1 CU to be released that brings it current with the pre-SP1 CU you need. I suspect that CU1 for SP1 will be current up to CU8 for RTM.
