I want to know if there is anyway to determine tables accessed by a report in a program that uses Microsoft SQL Server 2012. Nothing in the software is allowing me get this information. I was thinking of something that lets me print the report as a file or something. Or maybe a way to analyze/record transactions to SQL dbs, which I can trigger right when I run the report...I don't know if anything like this is possible...
My Issue:
I have this service software called ESC(electronic service control). It works well out of the box for most things. However, several of the reports are lacking a piece of information here and there that my manager is used to seeing on reports from a previous software package we used.
For example, the payables aging report(open vendor invoices) looks fantastic but does not have the option to show our payment...
