how can I list all sql2005 db file locations?

hi everyone, sql n00b here.

there's a server in the office that has at least 30 db's, I need to get an idea where they all point to since everything seems to be scattered around.

in layman's terms, can someone give me a command to do this and if possible explain it so I can learn it :)
