Can you still access a SQL 2014 database from Access if your DC is down?

I have an emergency on my hands. Our domain controller is down, and it's vital that we can access our SQL data from at least one machine using Access 365. I gave the machine a fixed local address, and I created an ODBC connection file using the SQL server's IP address and specifying SQL authentication for a new account that has the proper permissions. The new ODBC reports success when I test it

It loads the Access app -- which it wouldn't do previously -- but when I try to access some data, I get this error message:

Is there a workaround for this, or are we out of luck?
