Alright so this is what I've been tasked with.. Running three seperate queries in SSMS, in which I have to change the transaction date on every morning, execute the query, then copy w/headers and paste into Excel. Once I have done that, I have to format a couple columns to get the data to show up as needed and then save them to a file server.
This is fine, it only takes up about 5 minutes of my morning routine to accomplish. But the people that need the reports, want the process automated so that if I'm not here, they still get the reports they need.
Has anyone accomplished a similar task, or might be able to give me a nudge in the right direction?
