What are the best practices for RAID configuration for SQL Server and also for partitioning drives?

This server is business critical and any downtime needs to be kept to a minimum so with this in mind I was thinking OBR10 but I have not setup a dedicated SQL server on this scale before so I wanted to get your opinions on this.
