SSMA: MySQL to MSSQL picks random date delimiter

I'm using SSMA to transfer a large amount of data from MySQL to MSSQL 2008 R2 as my vendor dropped support for the former.

Connecting to both databases is fine, schema transfer and some field tweaking are just fine. Migrate data works great as well, it looks like everything transfers but, after using Excel to audit the transfer, there are no rows in any table beyond 09/26/2013, a weird, arbitrary date that I don't remember setting anywhere in the project setup.

Auditing each database individually reveals that the in-production MySQL database is up to date (as it should since its being actively used by the EDM program) but the SQL version of the same database is just horrible outdated, but all the tables are there, schema is intact, just no data past the aforementioned date.

Anyone used SSMA and experience this problem? Its a neat tool, but just seems frustrating right now!
