Synced copy of a sql database at a remote site?

Hello all

I've a SQL question for you all if possible? We've got a remote site that connects to HQ and pulls information down a VERY thin pipe from a SQL database. Is there any way to have a local copy of this SQL database at the remote branch that syncs with the main SQL at head office?
