SCOM - SQL 2005 Management Pack

Hi,

I've got a large number of legacy servers running Server 2003 with MS SQL 2005. I've setup SCOM and imported the most recent SQL management pack which, from what I'm readigng, the newest version ( 6.7.31.0) does not work with the OS/App combo, and I cannot find any Management Pack Archives to get a older version.

I was hoping someone could export their's and share?
