SQL Reporting Services 2014 Connection Issues

I recently installed SQL Server 2014 on Windows 2012 R2. I have configured the Reporting Server through the configuration manager. Running in native mode.

I can view the Report Manager interface from the Server - http://nameofserver/reports

I added Roles to the Report Manager for regular users.

However, I cannot view the Report Manager from PCs on my network. I just get a blank page or timed out.

I know for 2005 SSRS, I needed to enable IIS. But I thought this was supposed to run without IIS.

I ended up installing IIS and added the ReportServer to it. Then my users can see it. I would like to be able to run this without IIS.

I have been all over the web trying to find answers or a tutorial on proper set up and I'm not making any progress. Any help would be awesome.
