Do not need Local DB, can't disable.

I am installing SQL Server 2012 using the file SQLEXPRWT_x64_ENU

The last five times I've done this on five other computers, it gave me the ability to uncheck the Local DB, as we just need the tools and the SDK...but this time it is greyed out.

The only two differences between this install and the others is that I already have VS2012 installed and it is not on the domain, but I cannot put it on the domain because we are building an image off it.

Is there a way I can get past this, anyone seen this before? Maybe an unattended batch file that can force the option off? Really don't want to completely uninstall VS either...
