SSRS Permissions Issue with User Name Change

We use SQL Server Reporting Services and a long time report admin recently changed her last name. She is able to create subscriptions or make changes to reports but when another user is attempting to run the report or the subscription is scheduled to run there is an error that her previous user name does not have sufficient permissions and the action failed. She, however, is able to run the reports the other users are unable to run. Every user on our domain has permission to run these reports. Any ideas to resolve the issue? Thanks, all!
