The only interaction I have with SQL is when a backup fails, or troubleshooting a thirdparty application.
However, a while ago I built a few databases for my organization in Access, and tada!! My users really took to the idea of tracking data rather then using a mess of a spreadsheet to do so.
Now, the databases are becoming too large for access to handle. I would like to move their backend data into SQL, but I have no idea how to, or how to manage it afterwards.
My question is, would taking a 3-5day bootcamp about SQL prepare me enough to handle moving these databases into SQL, and subsequently building onto them?
