I need a software that can track where material is in our warehouse.
It goes from the press to the cutter in another area to another area where parts are welded then to another area to get cleaned up and then to another area to get the threads put in then to another area to be painted then its put on top a shelf/pallet in the storage area.
I would like some sort of tracking/ups or even rfid or something so we know where it is and who had it last?
Right now we have a clipboard with a signature sheet but it gets lost and material gets misplaced from time to time.
Is there any decent software available out there for material in warehouse\department tracking? maybe a quick scan tool that uploads to a database?
All I can seem to find is for retail stores which isn't what I need.
