Ok, I messed up when installing the SQL 2008R2 server. I am trying to change the Collation from Latin1_General_CI_AS to SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS. Everything works in the database except some reports. I have about 5 user databases installed on the server. I have no jobs setup, and have run a script from the application against the installed user databases, but not the system databases. The user databases have the correct Collation, but since the system database does not, some things are not working correctly in the application.
In searching the MS site, and SW site, it looks like I can rebuild the System Databases and change the Collation.
