We're all set and ready to move to a SAN for 2 SQL servers (which should be interchangeable in the final config). One problem, who actually manages the SAN writes? IE, does SQL 2008 take care of the file/row/etc locking?
Finally, how do you guys like to back up this kind of thing? Mirror 1 of the 2 servers to a 3rd server with DAS?
