I'm having an issue with installing SQL Server 2008 on a new Server 2012R2. I know it requires Framework 3.5, which is supposed to be a feature to add to Server 2012R2 via Add Roles and Features. When I run the installation, it fails. Without the Framework, SQL2008 says there's compatibility issues with Server 2012R2. Any thoughts?
