We have developed a complex Air3.7/Flex 4.6 Application running on windows 8 tablets. These connect to a ColdFusion 10 server with an MS SQL Express 2012 database.
Currently the application will only work if the tablet is connected to the internet. We now however require the application to work in an offline mode and then synchronise the database to the server once online.
We are trying to find the easiest/best solution to do this. Because the application uses a lot of ColdFusion components, we understand that we will probably be required to install a local ColdFusion server and MS SQL Express 2012 server onto the tablets.
