Stupid question - Moving tempdb

OK

So I'm relatively new to SQL server.... And floundering.

I have a series of commands I need to run, to find out where the TempDB file is, as per:

All well and good... But WHERE exactly do I enter these commands?

Like I said, stupid question. :D  But I figure if I don't ask here, I'll have to ask elsewhere.
