SQL 2012 R2 Failover Cluster Latency

I'm running SQL 2012 R2 Enterprise on Server 2008 R2 VMs.

I've run the Failover Cluster Validation Report and in it I see the below. My concern is where it states "Maximum Allowed Round-Trip Latency = 500". 

Does anyone know if it's possible to increase that value and if so how?
