We have Veeam B&R, and one of our Backup jobs contains several SQL servers, and we have SQL log backups enabled on the job, so every 15 minutes it backs up the SQL logs, and then the full VM backup happens at night with our regular scheduled backups. That part works just fine.
However, we have a weekly maintenance plan on our main SQL server that runs on Saturday afternoon at 12:30 pm. It does a DB backup, verifies things, etc. That job also works fine. However, when it's finished Veeam detects that changes were made to the DB, and so it sends a notification email with an error on the SQL transaction log backup job, because "At least one full database backup must be performed before transaction log backup can be enabled".
