Drop Specific user from all the Databases in SQL Server

Hi Team,

One of the resource named John left the company, and his Login is : " Domain\BD00328 "

We need to delete the Associated user from all the databases from each server.

Is there any script to delete the users associated to login like " Domain\BD00328 " 

Or

Generate script to delete specific user from all the databases.

Note: 

> User in some Databases having own Schema like  Domain\BD00328

> User is disabled in few databases

Please suggest the script .. to drop user from all the databases
