Change MSSQL Recovery Model on Many DBs

Background: We're using AvePoint's DocAve to backup and manage our fairly large SharePoint infrastructure. The two previous admins that set DocAve up were running 20 different granular backups every night, which consumed huge amounts of storage. Working with DocAve, I've been able to cut this down to three platform backups, however, using the platform module, the incremental backups fail indexing because all of the content databases are set to Simple Recovery model.

Real Question: Is there a way, using either SQL queries or PowerShell, to script changing over 350 databases from Simple to Full Recovery, as well as setting up t-log backups so the logs don't explode? There's 15TB of data and over 30,000 users a day, so I am concerned about those t-logs. I'm much more familiar with PowerShell than TSQL queries, but I have no problem having...
