Cannot connect to SQL 2017 Instance

Hi,

Have a new install of SQL Server 2017 with defaults.

When I try to access the Instance (with Server Management Studio 18), I get the following error:

Cannot connect to "server name" Login failed for user Server name\admin name , MSQL Server error 18456.

I am accessing the instance directly from the same server.
