Interview preparation - Technical Support Level 3 - Guidance needed

Hello friends,

I was on break from the IT industry for the past few months so my skills are little rusted and now gearing for an upcoming interview which is quite challenging. I have 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure support including Microsoft servers 2008/12/16, networking, 2 years in VMware, Email security and desktop deployments and application etc. I was also a reactive Team lead for about 1 year where I was helping Junior techs with some of their questions, concerns, and escalations.

I recently saw a job in a company in which I have heard good things about their culture, its enterprise company with about 1200 employees with retail stores, and their cause would something I would be passionate about working for.
