SQL server upgrade & migrate to new server in new domain

I need to create a new SQL 2019 server (SQL01) in a new domain (DC is already built using Win2019, DC01).
The current SQL is 2008R2 running on Win2008R2 server (SQL00).
IP address will change, server name will change, and it will be a new VM instance.
Basically all need to be done is move the database from old to the new and allow internal users to access it just as they do on the current SQL00.
What are the correct steps to achieve this migration to the new server in a new domain?
The 2 domains have trust between each other.
