Slow SQL lantency Branch office-

Hi Team-

I have a branch site that is right around 100ms from the production datacenter.

Connections in between are 1GIG ipsec, with a throughput around 1-3MB per sec.

My users struggle clicking and waiting.

I read this thread from a few years ago:

Would this be relevant nowadays? Im no sql guru. I have thrown bandwidth upgrades over the years, but that only helps in a small fashion.

Will hosting an db server at that location be feasible? If so, who could set this up?

I am getting my a** handed to me about this.
