We have a Database server on Azure Cloud. Now as we are implementing BI tools for reporting purpose , they ask for the SQL server login details so they can use the data there .
I want the main database to be completely isolated and just Sync the new data to another SQl server which will be on premises and then these users can use that data .
There is a tight Fortinet Firewall in between also, How is the sync to be set ?
The SQL on the main server is 2014 , can we use express on premises one ?
