SSRS - How do I use a URL and use it as a parameter search?

I am new with SSRS and I am trying to figure out how I can use the SSRS web link and use the last 10 characters to be able to show the SSRS report result.

It will be published from a different system as a More Info, and when they Click it, it will show the Details of a specific project.
