I am have problem while installing SQL failover Cluster
TITLE: Microsoft SQL Server 2016 Setup ------------------------------ The following error has occurred: The cluster resource 'SQL IP Address 1 (UK-SQLFC)' could not be brought online. Error: There was a failure to call cluster code from a provider.
Steps Followed
I have created CNO and VCO and also configure permission in Active directory, DNS setup for CNO and VCO, also created a domain user for SQL server. followed from this link

Installed Failover Cluster, validated and created node with no errors (3 warnings, which were for additional IP)
Installing SQL Failover Cluster on server 1 installation is progress all the way till approx. 85%-90% than I get the above error
