How to get into a sql database without a SA account

I have a sql database that was created without a SA account (sql 2008).  It was attached to a domain account problem is that I was hit with a virus last year and I reinstalled and rebuilt my domain server so that account no longer exists.  Is there away to access the sql database without the account or someway to add an SA account to it so I can access it?
