SQL Server 2014 Reporting Serivce

Here is the scenario. SBS 2011 with Exchange and SQL Server 2014. I installed 2 new 2TB hard drives and created a new Raid 1 volume. The D: Drive was the original shared drive hosting the User and company shares as well as all SQL databases. New Virtual disk is the E: Drive. I have moved all the user shares and the SQL database and Log files including the System databases to the E: drive. I have changed the LOG file directory and the dump file directory to the E: drive for the SQL Server Reporting Service. The issue I am facing is the SQL Server Reporting service (Native install) is still using the "Microsoft SQL Server" folder on the D: drive and I can't delete it. Besides the requirements for SBS 2011 to use SQL the only application using SQL is a JobBoss Server and all of those files are on the E: Drive now. What does the SQL Server...
