Windows 10 showing Vista on WSUS on server 2008 R2

I found the article below to fixed the issue that I am having to correctly shows windows 10 on my WSUS. However, I never run a sql script before and I don't want to mess up things. Can someone guide me on what I need to do (step by step) to run the sql script that is stated on the link below?
