Convert & Combine SQL Date Time Information into usable information in Excel

Hello Spiceheads !

I have a SQL 2008 Database that Captures Time / Date Data From our Plant Floor in two different Columns. When I Go to Export this Data by connecting to it with Excel, I need to be able to Combine the Date that Appears in the "Today's Date" Column with the time that appears in the "Time" Column.

That result needs to remain in Date Format so that it can be properly sorted so that people can be paid.

Todays_Date
2017-05-15 00:00:00

The "Todays Date" Always has the 'space'00:00:00 Suffix on the End

Time
1900-01-01 13:59:53

And the "Time" Always has the 1900-01-01'space' prefix on the beginning

Also, the "Time" Always displays in 24 Hour Format with a preceding Zero.

Reading 08:00:00 If it were 8AM in the Morning

Any Suggestions on how to do this ?
