SQL Server #TYPE Record

Whenever we run a SQL query it returns back a record at the very top, I think its called a DataRow Record or #TYPE record, but I can't seem to find much information regarding this or how to remove it. Any ideas?

Text
#TYPE System.Data.DataRow
"Recording_File_Path","Call_Date","Customer_Phone_Number","First_Names","Last_Names","Campaign_Name","Caller_ID"
"","2016-10-03 08:02:26.000","","FirstName","LastName","",""
"","2016-10-03 08:02:33.000","","FirstName","LastName","",""
In summary, we want to remove that very top line, but I'm trouble locating documentation regarding it or how to remove it.
