SQL Server 2016 Always On Availability Group with no Quorum?

We're setting up an SQL 2016 cluster and want higher availability so we are planning on using Always on Availability groups. It's all in one location and are looking to improve availability.

We currently don't have any shared storage available and I've read mixed things about if it and a quorum drive is actually needed with availability groups in SQL Server 2016.

Do we have to have the quorum drive for the cluster in order for availability groups to work in SQL 2016?
