transferring student emails to google groups

Hello,

We have one sql server cursor script that fetches student emails from the database.I wants that output as a text file.Is it possible to transfer student automatically text files and then I want to transfer those email ids to google groups by using sql server script? I am also attaching my sql server script to get an idea about this script.
