There is insufficient system memory to run this query. Error 701

We just migrated from a single server 2003 Ent machine running SQL 2005 to a clustered environment. The old machine had 32GB of RAM...both new cluster machines have 64GB of ram. From what I can tell the servers are configured the same, however, each day we continue to see this error message in the logs. I am at a loss as to what it could be...here is more info:

PAE switch set in boot.ini

AWE enabled - Min set at 0 and Max set at 2147483647

Min memory per query - 1024

Page file - Initial size = 2046...Max Size = 4092
