How do you tell MS SQL *SERVICE* to mount a network drive on startup?

I have:

Two MSSQL Servers, who are expected to share the same data volume, and quorum disk.

I also have a NetApp, with CIFS enabled, and tied to the same domain.

I have no trouble, as an "end user" mapping the networked drive to a drive letter.

What I can't seem to find anywhere is how to allow a "service" to mount the drives on their own, at startup. The NetApp support guys can't seem to answer the question, nor are they really willing to help, as they feel it's a "design choice" versus a "troubleshooting problem." I have a feeling that this would be some kind of GPO, for the "computer" or "service" to run on startup, and reconnect if there's ever a connectivity failure.

I also need to make sure the permissions are right, as it's supposed to be active/passive.

I have full AD rights, and the users aren't on the boxes yet, so I can...
