User Friendly Software for pulling SQL Reports

Greetings,

I'm having some trouble narrowing down the software I would need for pulling data/reports from a SQL Database. What we need to have is user-friendly software that would be able to integrate with our current SQL Database and allow for users to navigate through tables/columns (Drop-Down?), select the information they're looking for, and generate a CSV/XLSX report. "SQL Server Reports Builder" actually does all that we need it to do, except that it requires some SQL knowledge and we are not up for training 50 employees in SQL and dealing with countless tickets. Most of what I'm finding out there is expensive Analytics/Business Intelligence software that comes with a ton of features we currently have no need for, like graphical representations of the data.
