My company uses Dynamics GP 2010 with WennSoft 2010. We have a dedicated GP server that is running SBS 2003 with SQL 2005 (we are moving away in the coming months).
Because of some recent changes of partners I thought it would be a good idea to change the administrator password. Also part of this I created a dedicated service account to run all the services in so I didn't have to worry about this in the future.
After changing the services to the new account everything seemed ok but I got this error
The report server cannot decrypt the symmetric key. Most likely, the service account or password has changed. To continue, run rsconfig.exe to update the report server account information.\r\n
I tried to change the administrator password back to the old one and back up the report server encryption key and got this error
