MS SQL Server 2008R2 Policies Update ?

Is there an update that can be ran to get the program "Microsoft SQL server 2008 R2 Policies" to a version higher then 10.50.1600.1  I am a 3rd party vendor trying to help a customer using SQL to host some of our databases and are not sure how to get it to update.  

I am thinking this might update that program.  They have ran the base SP3 update for SQL server already but the polices did not change versions.
