I have found (almost) the perfect report for what I wish to do, in the community custom written reports.
We are a multi customer IT support company and have successfully found ways to use spiceworks as our helpdesk ticketing system.
The goal is to be able to send the report to our customer on a monthly basis so they can monitor SLA times and who created the tickets.
The report I have found shows the ticket ID, Summary, date & time created, date & time first assigned, date and time closed, time to first assignment.
I would like to be able to add a column for the creator, and narrow the results to show just one customer. (At the moment it just lists all tickets for the month, when a ticket is created the summary contains the customer name and a summary of the issue (e.g. company1 - reset Joe's password), we also add the customer name...
