SQL Help - Adding manipulating query Results

Good Day I am not the best at SQL and I have a simple question that I can not seem to work out.

I ran a query against my SCCM Database that will return Computer Models. My Lenovo system model names are like:

20BHS27700                                                                                                            20BWS0EN00

In my SQL query how do I make these results show as the " Lenovo W540" for example?

I have a fair amount of them the 2 mentioned above are just examples.
