As some of you may know from my previous posts, my company purchased SAP Business One for our accounting department to replace quick books.
SAP requires SQL Server. I have been pricing out servers to host this new software and SQL.
The problem is a co worker is convinced that we do not need to spend $3,000 for a full blown version of SQL when we can use the Express version for free.
I am tired of this argument. From what I have read the free express version will only support up to 3 users and a max database of 10GB. We have 15 users and will easily go over 10GB!
Plus when the new SAP software does not work as it should, what do you think will be blamed??
Please can I get some rational arguments here as I am getting frustrated...Thank you.
